Use direct care actions and native entry sheets to record feeding, diapers and observations. Start a sleep timer, then stop it when the nap ends. Add notes or correct a time later.

Keep repeated speech, movement and potty-training observations alongside custom moments. These are memories and observations, without developmental scores or deadlines.
Look back with context.
Browse earlier days and review your saved care history. Export all retained history or an inclusive custom date range as CSV for your own analysis. Records are kept locally; exporting uses your device’s sharing controls.
Still in development
LittleOnTrack is not yet available in the App Store. Production family sharing, advertising and subscriptions remain disabled while release checks are completed. The preview shows synthetic sample records; a fresh install starts with an empty journal.
