This page applies to all mobile apps and related services provided by BarkOnTrack LLC ("BarkOnTrack," "we," "us," or "our").

Nothing in our apps, content, or services should be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before making any medical or health-related decisions. Do not disregard or delay seeking professional medical advice because of something you read or tracked in one of our apps.
Privacy Policy
Information We Collect
Depending on the app and features you use, we may collect the following categories of personal information (using the category names defined under California law):
- Category A — Identifiers: such as email address provided for support, IP address, device IDs (IDFA/AAID), and advertising identifiers.
- Category F — Internet or other electronic network activity information: such as app usage events, feature interactions, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
- Category G — Geolocation data: approximate location estimated from IP address; we do not collect precise GPS location.
- Category K — Inferences drawn from personal information: such as preferences or interests inferred from app usage for analytics or ad-targeting purposes.
How We Use Information
We use data to provide and secure services, maintain app performance, understand feature usage, troubleshoot issues, improve products, and support advertising and analytics where permitted.
Third-Party Services
Our apps may use third-party providers to deliver core functionality:

Cookies, SDKs, and Advertising IDs
We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, mobile SDKs, and device identifiers (such as IDFA/AAID) to analyze usage, measure campaigns, and deliver ads. Where required, we request and respect consent choices.
Data Sharing
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose limited information to service providers for business purposes, to comply with legal obligations, to protect rights and safety, or during a merger/reorganization.
Data Retention
- Analytics and diagnostic data: typically up to 26 months.
- Support communications: up to 24 months after the last interaction.
- Security and audit logs: generally 12 months unless a longer period is required by law or to resolve disputes.
International Data Transfers
We and our providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Where transfers of personal data originate from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) as approved by the European Commission, and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) where applicable. Google, as a provider, participates in frameworks that may include adequacy decisions and SCCs.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security method is absolute.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected personal information from a child under 13, we will delete it promptly. Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected information from a child under 13 may contact us at tylorjmayfield@gmail.com to request review and deletion.
Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, or to limit certain processing. We may verify identity before fulfilling requests.
EU/UK Residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you have additional rights under the GDPR or UK GDPR, including:
- Right to object: You may object to processing of your personal data where we rely on legitimate interests, including for direct marketing or analytics.
- Right to restrict processing: You may request that we restrict how we process your data in certain circumstances (e.g., while accuracy is disputed).
- Right to lodge a complaint: You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In the UK, this is the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk. EU residents may contact their local Data Protection Authority.

U.S. State Privacy Notice
For residents of states with applicable privacy laws (including California under CCPA/CPRA), we collect the categories of personal information listed above (A, F, G, K) for the purposes described in this policy.
We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, some disclosures of identifiers and activity data to advertising partners (such as Google AdMob) may constitute "sharing" for cross-context behavioral advertising or "targeted advertising" under California and other state privacy laws.
Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information
California residents have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of their personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To exercise this right, email us at tylorjmayfield@gmail.com with subject line "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." You may also limit ad tracking through your device's privacy settings (iOS: Settings › Privacy & Security › Tracking; Android: Settings › Privacy › Ads).
California residents may also request to know the specific pieces of personal information we have collected, the categories of sources and business purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties with whom we share information. Submit these requests to the email above.
Terms of Service
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using our apps and websites, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
Use of Services
You agree to use our services lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with operation, security, or other users.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, app content, branding, and software are owned by BarkOnTrack LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Paid features may be processed by app stores or other payment processors. Billing, cancellations, and refunds are generally handled under the applicable store terms, except where law requires otherwise.
Third-Party Services
Our services may integrate with Google AdMob, Google Analytics, and DigitalOcean. Their separate terms and policies may also apply.
App Store Terms
Our apps are distributed through the Apple App Store. By downloading and using our apps, you agree to the Apple App Store Terms of Service and App Store terms. Apple is not responsible for the apps.
Disclaimers
Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BarkOnTrack LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the services. In any event, our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or the services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Our apps and content are for informational and organizational purposes only and do not constitute medical, health, or professional advice. Always seek the advice of a qualified healthcare provider or other appropriate professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition or treatment.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create security risks, or misuse the services. You may stop using the services at any time.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by applicable U.S. law and, to the extent not preempted, the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict of law principles. You agree to attempt informal resolution by contacting us before filing a legal claim.
Changes to This Legal Page
We may update this Legal page from time to time. If changes are material, we will update the "Last updated" date and may provide additional notice in app or on our website. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
