Privacy Policy

Information We Collect

Depending on the app and features you use, we may collect the following categories of personal information as defined under California law:

  • Category A — Identifiers: email address provided for support, IP address, device IDs (IDFA/AAID), and advertising identifiers.
  • Category F — Internet or other electronic network activity: app usage events, feature interactions, crash logs, and diagnostic data.
  • Category G — Geolocation data: approximate location estimated from IP address. We do not collect precise GPS location.
  • Category K — Inferences: preferences or interests inferred from app usage for analytics or ad-targeting purposes.

How We Use Information

We use data to provide and secure services, maintain app performance, understand feature usage, troubleshoot issues, improve products, and support advertising and analytics where permitted.

Third-Party Services

Our apps may use third-party providers to deliver core functionality:

  • Google AdMob for advertising delivery and measurement.
  • Google Analytics for analytics and performance insights.
  • DigitalOcean for infrastructure and hosting.

Cookies, SDKs, and Advertising IDs

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, mobile SDKs, and device identifiers such as IDFA or AAID to analyze usage, measure campaigns, and deliver ads. Where required, we request and respect consent choices.

Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. We may disclose limited information to service providers for business purposes, to comply with legal obligations, to protect rights and safety, or during a merger or reorganization.

Data Retention

  • Analytics and diagnostic data: typically up to 26 months.
  • Support communications: up to 24 months after the last interaction.
  • Security and audit logs: generally 12 months unless a longer period is required by law or needed to resolve disputes.

International Data Transfers

We and our providers may process personal information in the United States and other countries. Where transfers originate from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, we rely on lawful transfer mechanisms including Standard Contractual Clauses and the UK International Data Transfer Agreement where applicable.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No security method is absolute.

Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Parents or guardians who believe we may have collected information from a child under 13 may contact us at tylorjmayfield@gmail.com to request review and deletion.

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal information, or to limit certain processing. We may verify identity before fulfilling requests.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, you may also have the right to object to processing based on legitimate interests, restrict processing in certain cases, and lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority such as the ICO in the UK.

To submit any privacy rights request, email tylorjmayfield@gmail.com.

U.S. State Privacy Notice

For residents of states with applicable privacy laws, including California under CCPA or CPRA, we collect the categories of personal information listed above for the purposes described in this policy.

We do not sell personal information for monetary consideration. Some disclosures of identifiers and activity data to advertising partners such as Google AdMob may constitute sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising under California and other state privacy laws.

California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising by emailing tylorjmayfield@gmail.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information.” You may also limit ad tracking through your device privacy settings.
